The Louth PEACEPLUS Procurement Plan aims to assist interested parties in creating a quality tender submission for PEACEPLUS projects. It does not intend to outline the exact project specifications, but gives an overview of what may be required for reporting and monitoring and evaluation. The plan gives indicative award criteria and provides some useful information on advertising schedules and timelines expected for PEACEPLUS.
