1. Harbour Fees

Louth County Council is the Harbour Authority for the ports of Clogherhead, Annagassan and Carlingford.

2. Jet-ski/ Power Boat Licence

Conditions of Issue:


The Licence is issued subject to the regulations governing Jet Skis and Fast Power Boats, as contained in the aforementioned Bye-Laws. The Licence Holder must produce, on demand, to an Authorised Officer, his/her Licence whilst keeping, having or using a jet ski and/or fast power boat in or on the beach and foreshore and adjacent dune system of County Louth.

Period of Licence

A Licence will be granted for a period of 1 year. However, the Licence will be revoked at any time within this period if the licence-holder contravenes the conditions regarding its use.

Fee:

€15 per annum
