Super Storytelling: Join us for a super storytelling session in Ardee Library on Saturday 9th May at 11:00am. Suitable for children aged 3-8 years and all must be accompanied and supervised by an adult for the duration of the event. All are welcome to attend, there is no booking required.

Painting on Silk Satin Art Class for Adults with Catherine McCourt: Immerse yourself in the delicate beauty of Maytime florals in this hands-on creative art class with Catherine McCourt. Using luxurious silk satin, attendees will design and craft their own unique Irish May flower artwork, guided step by step in a relaxed and inspiring setting. Your finished piece will be carefully mounted onto card—perfect for display or transformed into a one-of-a-kind greeting card. All materials will be provided and there is no experience necessary. Taking place in Ardee Library on Saturday 16th May at 10:30am. Places are limited and booking is essential. Please contact Ardee Library on 041-6859023 to reserve your place. Bealtaine Festival - "The Uke n' Rollers": Come and celebrate the Bealtaine Festival in Ardee Library on Wednesday 20th May at 3:00pm, where there will be a special performance from "The Uke n' Rollers". All are welcome to attend, there is no booking required. All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult for the duration of the event.

Adult Book Club: Monthly meeting on the fourth Thursday of every month.

Board Games Club for Adults: Fancy honing your Chess skills? Maybe Draughts is more your thing? Why not give Scrabble a go? All welcome to attend the Ardee Library Board Games Club every Saturday afternoon at 2:30pm. Bring a friend or meet new people for a chat while playing your favourite board game.

Conversational Irish: Conversational Irish for Beginners is held every Thursday morning at 10:30am-12:30pm. Suitable for those with a cúpla focal. All welcome – children must be accompanied by an adult. Peer led learning- all you need is a desire to speak as Gaeilge!

 eServices Demonstration: Learn how to use our full suite of eServices with help from staff on the last Friday of every month from 10:30am-11:30am. These eServices can be found HERE

Film Screenings at Ardee Library: Ardee Library will be hosting film screenings every Tuesday afternoon at 2:15pm. 

Knitting and Crochet Group: If you’ve a passion for knitting and crochet then come and join our group, meeting every Thursday at 2:30pm-4:30pm throughout the month. Children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. No need to book, all welcome to attend.

Louth Volunteers: Drop in, every second Thursday from 10:00am-1:00pm.

Parent and Toddler Group: Held every Wednesday morning at 10:30am to 12:30pm. The Ardee Parent and Toddler Group welcomes you to join in the fun. No need to book, just turn up on the day. All welcome to attend. 

Storytime and Colouring Club: Ardee Library Picture Book Storytime and Colouring Club will continue to meet throughout the month. All welcome to attend, places are limited and booking is essential. Please contact Ardee Library on 041-6859023 for further details.
