1. Disabled Parking Bays Application

If you think you are eligible for a disabled parking bay, please fill in this form and send it and the items listed below to us at: Directorate of Placemaking & Physical Development, Louth County Council, Millennium Centre, County Hall, Dundalk, Co. Louth, A91 KFW6.

 In addition to this application form, please send us:

•  a copy of your current disabled parking permit, front and back – this is the Blue Badge,
• a letter from a GP confirming the medical condition of the applicant and outlining why a bay is needed; &
• a photo of a car parked in the location where the bay is to be located.

2. Resident's Parking Permit Application

Non Resident Landlords or Non Resident Business Owners are not entitled to a Parking Permit. Checks will be carried out to verify the above, and if found to be inaccurate a permit will NOT be issued and fines incurred will not be cancelled.

Please attach current documentary evidence of residence to support your application
• Current Tax Disc:
• Current Insurance Certificate: (not disc) verifying that vehicle is kept at above address
• Vehicle Licensing Certificate verifying that vehicle is registered to you at the above address
• Utility Bills: 1x Electric plus one of either Telephone/Gas/Refuse/Bank or State Document
• (i.e. letter from HSE or Social Welfare) addressed to you at the above address. Rented Accommodation: Tenants Agreement required i(no utility bill in own name.
