The Animating Shared Spaces - Louth Stories Through Art Programme aims to deliver an Art programme to 300 individuals across 12 groups / areas of 15-25 people each with 20 hours of meaningful and purposeful engagement (4 min) over a two-year period. The project will explore stories of notable local historical and more modern figures which provide a context for a shared appreciation of the culture and heritage that has helped shape County Louth and its cross-border location thus challenging perceptions and fostering connections between divided communities and providing a sense of collective achievement through the completion of collaborative shared space arts projects which will be displayed at a finale event for parents.

The Launch Event of the Louth PEACEPLUS Animating Shared Spaces - Louth Stories Through Art Project was held on the 23rd of February 2026.
