To apply for a Petroleum Licence please complete the attached forms and return to with the relevant documents and payment to: Fire & Building Control, Louth County Council, County Hall, Millennium Centre, Dundalk, Co Louth, A91 KFW6

Cheque’s should be made payable to Louth County Council, please include ‘Petroleum Licence’ on the back of the cheque (breakdown of cost can be found on the application form).
