Proposed PEACEPLUS Action Plan

Louth County Council submitted their proposed PEACEPLUS Action Plan at the end of March 2024, to the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB). This is in application for funding under Theme 1 of the PEACEPLUS Programme - Building Peaceful & Thriving Communities. There is a total of €4,679,354 potentially availably to Louth County Council under this funding stream. The proposed Action Plan is a result of the peacebuilding needs and issues that emerged via the 23 public consultation meetings held, the e-survey and numerous one-to-one consultation sessions. It details the proposed projects that will be carried out if the funding proposal is successful. A decision is expected by end of August 2024
