Creative Mindfulness

This workshop aims to introduce mindfulness and promote positive mental health and well-being for children within a fun environment. Spaces very limited!

Come and participate in a creative mindfulness workshop guided by certified mindfulness practitioner, KatieAnne. Infusing her classes with enthusiasm for mindfulness, KatieAnne adds a touch of joy and playfulness, demonstrating that mindfulness in our daily lives can be enjoyable and effortless. This one hour workshop will include mini mindfulness exercises, interactive storytelling, where your child will create their own mind jars and conclude with meditation and movement.  Spaces very limited!

Workshop Duration: 1 hour

Workshop times are as follows:

10:30am (5 – 8 years)
11:45am (9 – 12 years)
1:00pm (13+ years)
