The initiative will see Louth County Council offer paid positions for graduates with disabilities with a minimum NFQ level 6 qualification. These will be ringfenced and will offer mentorship within the organisation.

The WAM programme has been in operation for the past 20 years and has seen a success rate of 81% of graduates finding further employment within one year of finishing their WAM placement.

If this sounds like you, or you know a graduate with a disability, sign up to the WAMworks database and receive notifications on all future opportunities.
