Temporary Closing of Roads - Section 75 Roads Act, 1993
To facilitate Road Improvement Works
Louth County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to close the under mentioned roads to public traffic, for short durations of not more than four days from 21st June, 2021 to 31st December 2021 to facilitate Road Strengthening ,Road Resurfacing works and Road Safety Improvement works. Diversionary routes will be signposted.
Notice is also given that Louth County Council has made a Road Works Speed Limit Order, in accordance with Section 10(1) of the Road Traffic Act 2004, in the interest of road safety at these locations. Speed Limit of 50kph shall apply to the following entire road lengths, as indicated. An Garda Siochana have been notified.

Any person who wishes to object to any of the closures should lodge an objection in writing (envelope clearly marked “Road Closure objection”) to the undersigned not later than 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday 01st June 2021.
