Temporary Road Closure Notice – Park Villas, Dundalk

Location: Park Villas, The Demesne, Dundalk (LT20022-70)
When: From 8am, Monday, 9th June 2025 for a minimum of one week

To allow for essential tree clearance works outside the Magnet Building, Louth County Council has made the decision to close part of Park Villas (LT20022-70) to traffic.

Diversions in place:

  • From The Demesne / Mulholland Drive: Traffic will be diverted at the junction of Mulholland Avenue and Park Villas.
  • Follow signs to the R215 (Magnet Road)
  • Continue northbound on Clanbrassil Street
  • Turn left onto N53 (Castletown Road)
  • Turn left onto Legion Avenue (L-20015-60)
  • Continue to McSweeney Street / Demesne Road (L-20011-20)
  • Rejoin Park Villas from the opposite direction

Park Villas to The Demesne will remain open as usual. Emergency access will be maintained at all times.

This closure is being carried out under the Roads Act 1993 (Roads Regulations 1994).
