Public Urged to Share Experiences of Defects in Apartments & Duplexes

Have you experience of defects in apartments and duplex buildings constructed in Ireland between 1991 and 2013? The Public are being urged to share experiences of defects in apartments and duplexes by taking part in a survey.  These experiences are sought by the Independent Working Group to Examine Defects in Housing which was established by Minister O’Brien in February 2021.

 There are separate surveys for the following stakeholder groups:

  • Homeowners
  • Landlords
  • Directors of Owners’ Management Companies
  • Property Management Agents
