Dear Future Me is a cross-border project led by Healthy Louth in collaboration with Dundalk Youth Centre and the Magnet Centre in Newry. This initiative, funded by Creative Ireland, aims to support young people aged 10-18 in Louth, Newry, Mourne, and Down by tackling issues such as loneliness, isolation, and poor mental health.
