Dog Fouling Campaign: Art & Design Competition
Louth County Council is inviting young people across the county to get creative and help promote responsible pet ownership and a cleaner environment!
As part of our dog fouling awareness campaign, we’re launching an exciting art and design competition, with the winning designs set to feature on litter bins and community spaces throughout County Louth.

Competition Categories
- Under 12s: Design a fun and humorous A4 sticker to be displayed on litter bins across County Louth.
- Ages 12-18: Create a fun and engaging poster to raise awareness, which will be displayed in businesses and community spaces.
How to Enter
Submit your entries to any of Louth County Council’s five library branches: Ardee, Carlingford, Drogheda, Dundalk or Dunleer.
Closing Date: 28th March Winners Announced: 11th April
