CE Report on Submissions Received to the Proposed Material Alterations on the Draft LDCP 2021-2027

In accordance with Section 12 (8) (a) of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended), the Chief Executive’s Report on submissions received to the Material Alterations of the Draft Louth County Development Plan 2021-2027 has been prepared and submitted to the Elected Members for their consideration.

Under Section 12 (9) of the Act, the Elected Members are required to consider the Chief Executive’s Report. This consideration must be completed within 6 weeks.
