Wellbeing for Artists & Creatives in Louth - A Webinar #KeepWell

This is a free online event for professional artists and creatives in Louth, supported by the Arts Office of Louth County Council in conjunction with Creative Spark, Dundalk.
The importance of managing your wellbeing and mental health has never been as important as in the past year, in light of the challenges that have faced all of us. Artists and creatives are dealing with loss of income, connection and even confidence as the Covid-19 pandemic impacted hugely on careers. Recognising the importance of resilience and coping skills, this webinar will present some strategies to assist maintain positive mental health and wellbeing.
Areas that will be focused on will include insights and techniques for people to gain and feel more in control; more in control of their thoughts and emotions so as they may learn to reduce stress and anxiety. The webinar will be looking at the power of belief systems and how to develop more powerful beliefs about yourself and your life, along with actionable techniques on how to boost and maintain your self-esteem.
