Anti Social Behaviour emanating from tenants of the Private Rented Sector is not a matter for the Local Authority.

Complaints in this regard should be made directly to the landlord, who has particular obligations to ensure that the tenancy is adequately managed.

If the landlord does not co-operate, a complaint can be made to the R.T.B. who have the authority to make a ruling and award damages.
